All payments made towards custom-produced items may be non-refundable once production has commenced.

8. Cancellation & Refunds

Given the highly customised and made-to-order nature of luxury carpet manufacturing:

  • cancellations after production commencement may not be accepted;
  • bespoke products are generally non-returnable and non-exchangeable;
  • refunds, if approved, shall remain solely at the discretion of Kayra Bespoke Trading LLC.

Any approved refund may be subject to deduction of design, sourcing, administrative, and production-related costs.

9. Delivery & Installation

All delivery and installation timelines are estimates only and may vary due to:

  • artisanal production schedules,
  • international procurement,
  • customs clearance,
  • logistics conditions,
  • site readiness,
  • third-party supplier dependencies.

Kayra shall not be liable for delays arising from circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that installation sites are accessible, prepared, and suitable prior to scheduled delivery.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Kayra Bespoke Trading LLC shall not be liable for:

  • indirect or consequential damages;
  • loss of business, revenue, or opportunity;
  • delays caused by third-party vendors or logistics providers;
