It all begins in the head. The tufted carpet design is a product of human imagination and perfect
artwork.
Together, a cluster of yarn fibers woven through a piece of material, the process begins. When
the tufts reach the surface, they can be in loops, making it a Berber, or we can slice the loops,
shaping them into a cut pile carpet.
Finally, by adding a piece of backing to the material through which the tufts run, you get the
perfectly tufted carpet.
